MRSA SmartBook

Welcome to smartBook, an information management tool from MRSA that optimizes building performance by bringing velocity and efficiency to the building management and leasing process. This flexible online service provides easy, searchable access to accurate building and leasing data, so you can optimize the performance of owner-occupied facilities, multi-tenant properties and property portfolios.

Non-registered users can preview the five smartBook modules by completing the login boxes below. Type "sample" in the User Name box and "mrsa" in the Password box, then click on the Login button.

	This is a public or shared computer Select this option if you use smartBook on a public computer. Be sure to log off when you have finished using smartBook and close all windows to end your session.
	This is a private computer Select this option if you are the only person who uses this computer. You can enable and control your private login settings from the profile page in smartBook.

As most of you are aware, Microsoft ended its technical support of Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022. Rest assured both it and your smartBook will continue to operate normally after this date. A new version of smartBook is currently in beta testing. This version will no longer be dependent on any particular internet browser. It will include all current smartBook features as well as some key upgrades such as a dashboard and area measurement capabilities without CAD. Once launched all current smartBook V2 users, and their data, will be ported over into the new smartBook V3, which will launch in the third quarter of this year.
